Project Summary
The project of the sports village spans over a 5-hectare area, situated on naturally rugged terrain. This unique topography provides an exceptional setting to create a dynamic and stimulating environment for athletes and training teams.
The primary objective is to design a sports village that will serve as a dedicated training center for teams. Every element of the village has been carefully considered to meet the specific needs of athletes while providing a space conducive to concentration, skill development, and well-being.
At the heart of the village, a bustling central square welcomes a restaurant and café, creating a social and friendly meeting point for residents and visitors alike. This space becomes the ideal spot to relax after training, share meals among teammates, and engage with other sports enthusiasts.
The sports facilities are diverse and of high quality. A standard FIFA football field along with a training field (half FIFA) allows teams to prepare under optimal conditions. Two tennis courts, a versatile multisport field, and a covered sports hall also offer varied training opportunities for different sports disciplines.
In addition to the sports facilities, the village will include a spa center for athlete recovery and well-being, as well as a multipurpose hall for various community events and activities.
On-site accommodation provides a unique experience for residents, with rooms located on the cliffside offering panoramic views of the picturesque agricultural landscape of Nabeul’s hinterland. The architecture of the village is designed to harmonize with the surrounding nature, using local materials and integrating natural elements such as vegetation and local stones into the design. This creates an authentic and immersive atmosphere where athletes can rejuvenate and connect with their natural environment while focusing on their training and physical preparation.
