Surface Area: 60 000 sqm
Status: preliminary design

Project Summary

The vision of the hotel residence, emerging as a backdrop against the sea and facing another establishment owned by the same proprietor across the road, is deeply rooted in the site itself. The presence of coral sediments attests to the maritime past of the location, dating back to a geological era when the region was submerged beneath the sea.

The narrative of the project unfolds in an absolute space-time dimension, where forms and functions intertwine to define the various components of the hotel. Over geological epochs, the functional bubbles of the project gradually become invaded by corals, bearing witness to the inexorable passage of time and the constant transformation of the environment.

As the sea recedes, an extraordinary spectacle unfolds: the project emerges as a true coral site, imbued with the richness and diversity of this marine ecosystem. The corals, once submerged, adapt to their new terrestrial environment, providing a refuge for a variety of plants and terrestrial organisms.

Ultimately, the hotel takes shape in this unique environment, seamlessly blending with the coral reef that surrounds it. With its design inspired by nature and its respectful integration into its natural setting, the hotel residence embodies a perfect symbiosis between humans and nature, offering its visitors an unforgettable experience at the heart of a preserved marine environment.
