Project Summary
Sun House Gammarth is a villa situated in a residential neighborhood in the village of Gammarth. The neighborhood exhibits a diverse social mix and dwellings with anarchic boundaries that border the study area. Several buildings open onto the 1000m2 plot of land. The concept is to create a patio around which the spaces are organized. This patio forms a microcosm with a swimming pool and a living space spread across two levels. A screening system has been implemented to enhance the privacy of the central courtyard and filter the light.
