Project Summary

The Dkhila Hotel is an old structure to be renovated and Beacame One Resort Hotel, as it involves the renovation of an existing structure along with the addition of new features to enhance the guest experience. With a focus on revitalizing both the interior and exterior spaces, the hotel aims to offer a vibrant and modern ambiance for its visitors.
One of the key design concepts driving this renovation is the incorporation of colorful geometric elements throughout the hotel. These elements not only serve as visual focal points but also help in wayfinding and creating a cohesive atmosphere within the hotel’s environment. From unique signage to bold architectural features, the use of colorful geometry adds a contemporary touch to the hotel’s aesthetic.

In addition to the visual enhancements, significant attention is given to reimagining the central square of the hotel. By introducing a circular tensioned structure and a refreshing fountain at its heart, the central square becomes a lively gathering space for guests to relax and socialize.

Furthermore, the introduction of a water park in the hotel’s garden area marks a significant expansion of recreational facilities. This addition not only provides guests with exciting entertainment options but also optimizes the use of space, freeing up the beach area for other activities.

To complement the water park, a leisurely walkway guides guests towards the new entertainment area, which features amenities such as fast-food kiosks, a dedicated children’s zone, and an amphitheater for performances and events. The inclusion of these facilities ensures that guests of all ages have access to a wide range of leisure activities during their stay.

Overall, the renovation of the Dkhila Hotel represents a thoughtful blend of modern design elements and enhanced amenities aimed at creating a dynamic and inviting hospitality experience for guests. With its colorful geometric motifs, revitalized central square, and expanded recreational offerings, the hotel is poised to offer a memorable stay for visitors seeking relaxation and entertainment.
